How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged for 7 days. If you keep SearchTerrain, the first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends. Cancel before then in Settings and you pay nothing. Trials have a smaller scanning allowance and one Growth Credit; the full plan starts with the first payment. One trial per business.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime from Settings. Allowances change with the plan, and Stripe prorates the price.
What are Growth Credits?
A monthly allowance for SEO work SearchTerrain helps you produce: a content brief, a page refresh, a location page or a competitor gap analysis. You review and publish everything yourself.
What happens if I cancel?
Renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data is kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. SearchTerrain measures where you appear and shows what to work on. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, traffic or leads.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month.
